Our approach
Clear boundaries around non-regulated support

Visits shaped around routines and preferences
Helpful family updates when requested
Typical visits
At this stage, TrueNorth provides non-regulated support only. We are preparing to register for regulated care services in the near future, and until that is in place our visits stay focused on practical, social, and household support.
A friendly visit, a cup of tea, light tidying, laundry, and a simple lunch prepared for later.
Company for shopping, collecting prescriptions, attending an appointment, or enjoying a short local walk.
Help with post, diaries, reminders, shopping lists, and a reassuring update to family if requested.
Families
Good support is practical, but it is also emotional. Families need to know what is happening, who is visiting, and whether their loved one feels settled.
"The visits gave Mum structure, company, and something to look forward to each week."
"It made the practical bits of life feel manageable again, without taking away independence."
"Kind, reliable, and easy to talk to. The whole family felt more settled."
Testimonials reflect support provided by the team prior to the founding of TrueNorth Homecare.
